You choose your interstate rate:
- 3.9 cents per minute with 60-second billing ($2.50
fee if usage under $15.00 a month)
- 4.25 cents per minute with 6-second billing and an
18-second minimum ($25 monthly minimum)
- 4.5 cents per minute with 6-second billing and an
30-second minimum (no fee, no minimum)
