*There are no per-call surcharges (with the exception of the federally mandated
surcharge for payphone calls). Calls are billed in 1 minute increments. A weekly
maintenance fee of $0.49 will be imposed at midnight on the first day of use and
each week thereafter. Taxes may apply. For commercial and residential use.
